This registration is for one 8 ft. table OR 8 feet of racks only. Due to space restrictions we are unable to offer additional space at this time. Therefore, vendors will be allocated one space only, which will fit an 8 ft. table. There will be no room for racks on either side of tables. It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide their own table.
There is a $80 vendors fee for the weekend. Please follow this link https://mycommunity.trentu.ca/43AnnualEldersGatheringVenders to complete payment at this time through Trent University myCommunity. Then, complete the registration form you are sent in full to reserve your space. For those who choose to pay by cash, payment must be received in the office no later than September 15th. Spaces are limited, so register early to avoid disappointment. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Setup is available on Friday November 2nd at 8am. We encourage you to arrive at this time and be set up early as there will be hundreds of high school students and their families visiting the campus that day for Trent University's Open House and the Atrium of Gzowski College will have high traffic flow beginning at 10.
Trent University food services will be open on Friday and Saturday for food purchases. Gzowski Food Services only available on Saturday. Trent University is a disposable water bottle free University. You are welcome to bring a reusable water container, there is a fill up station in the vendor area.
