This registration is for one 8 ft. table only. Due to space restrictions we are unfortunately unable to offer additional space at this time. Therefore, vendors will be allocated one space only, which will fit an 8 ft. table. There will be no room for racks on either side of tables. It is the responsibility of the vendor to provide their own table.
There is a $80 vendors fee for the weekend. Please follow this link to complete payment at this time through Eventbrite. Then, come back and submit this completed registration form in full to reserve your space. For those who choose to pay by cash, payment must be received in the office no later than February 14th. Spaces are limited, so register early to avoid disappointment. Registration is not complete until payment is received.

Trent University food services will be open for the weekend for food purchase. Trent University is a disposable water bottle free University. You are welcome to bring a reusable water container and there is a fill up station near the vendor area.
